Overview
The riveting machine model 2330 is a development of simpler models 2312 and 2315. This machine can work with two rivets of different lengths and the same diameter using programmable control. So, you can save space and money by buying one machine instead of two.

Act
Model 2330 works with two semitubular rivets of the same diameter between Ø7 mm and Ø12 mm and two lengths between 6 mm and 60 mm. The location pin helps the operator place the pre-drilled piece. Electronic control allows the operator to program how many short rivets and how many long rivets to use. Riveting starts by pressing two buttons at once or with a pedal, the whole process is complemented by a hand protection system, which prevents riveting in case of obstacles.

Feeder
The feeding system consists of our vibrating feeders and our metal guides. Everything is made to ensure reliability and durability. Our vibrating feeders work with electromagnets to achieve a constant flow of rivets; then the rivet flows in metal lines made for a specific type of rivet or pin to ensure proper operation of the machine.
