It is an innovative fastening system made up of two components, namely a blind rivet and a semi-perforated rivet body: during setting, the rivet is installed inside the body located on the other side of the component to be fixed.

In this way, both sides will be covered by a very large head, which widens the support surface avoiding breakage of the material. This is why it is ideal for fixing low-resistance materials such as plastic, wood and fibers, without damaging them.

Since the surface that supports the rivet is very large thanks to the wide head, Soft-Set is ideal for use on fragile materials such as wood and plastic, which are not deformed during installation.

After installation, the nail remains inside the application: this guarantees excellent resistance to vibrations. Furthermore, high resistance to corrosion and atmospheric agents can be guaranteed by ad hoc high-performance galvanizing.

The use of wide-head components on both sides of the application allows the setting forces to be distributed evenly, as well as making the components aesthetically pleasing from both angles.

Thanks to the use of a double body on two sides, it is possible to cover a very wide grip range, which is why this solution is suitable for multiple industries.
