TECHNOLOGIES OF THE FUTURE

The patented SRM pin welding process (patent no .: 10 2004 051 389) in conjunction with the innovative HZ-1 universal welding stud with straight face and centering tip (patent no. 10 2006 016 553) enables welds to the ratio of sheet thickness to pin diameter 1:10 instead of 1: 4 as before. The use of ceramic rings is no longer required in this process.

Numerous advantages brought by the SRM process open up completely new possibilities of use, especially in automated operations and large-scale production of components.
