For CD welding
Capacitor discharge welding has been used successfully for many years around the world. Allows welding of studs with a maximum diameter of M12. The welding process is performed by discharging the capacitor bank in a fraction of a second from 1 - 3 ms (0.001 - 0.003 s) using the ignition tip of the welding element. This process has proven to be invaluable especially in vehicle construction, sheet metal forming and decorative metal design.
